• Electromechanical staff – Quantity: 01 person (Male)
• Production workers – Quantity: 04 persons (02 Male – 02 Female)

2. Job description

Electromechanical staff:

• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment in the confectionery and food industry.
• Participate in installing electrical systems, new machinery, and production lines, and perform test runs.
• Report the usage status of machinery and equipment to management to avoid waste.
• Check machine operation and report equipment safety status for timely repairs.
• Propose initiatives to improve work efficiency.
• Support in handling tasks related to company infrastructure.

Production worker:

• Perform confectionery production tasks.
• Perform packaging and arrangement of goods according to regulations.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.

3. Requirements

Electromechanical staff:

• Male, aged 22 – 35.
• College degree or higher in Electrical Automation or related majors.
• Knowledgeable in programming and machine installation.
• Prioritize candidates with experience in electromechanical positions at food and confectionery production plants.
• Agile, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure.
• Honest, careful, diligent, and sociable.

Production worker:

• Male, female aged 18 – 38.
• Good health, agile, enthusiastic, hard-working, and responsible.

5. Benefits

• Salary:
  • Electromechanical staff: 9,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND
  • Production worker: 5,800,000 – 6,200,000 VND
• The company provides shift meals.
• Working hours: 8 hours/shift. Employees must be willing to work overtime when requested by the Company.
